What is ceviche
In seafood cured/cooked in lime juice and letting sit for several hours. It’s best when using fresh seafood, added veggies and sauces. The one this recipe illustrates is shrimp ceviche. The most common ones are: shrimp, fish, oysters, clamshells.

How to make ceviche (step by step)
- In a bowl, place defrosted shrimp salad type. This shrimp is smaller than regular shrimp.
- Get the lime juice out and pour it over the shrimp, make sure the shrimp is covered with the juice completely. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the fridge to rest for about 30 minutes until the shrimp changes in color.
- Dice all of your veggies (small -same size)
- Take the shrimp out and take out some of the lime juice, add all the cut veggies and the sauce.
- Adjust flavor with salt and pepper and is ready to eat, enjoy!
How serve
Serve with salty crackers, or corn ships. Serve as soon as is made and eat the same day.
