- Start by washing you pineapples thoroughly.
- Cut the peel off making sure you don’t take fruit. The peel will do the magic only.
- Break piloncillo in small pieces so it dissolves easily over time.
- Place pineapple peel, piloncillo and water in a big container. Mix well and let it sit at room temperature for at least two weeks.
- Strain and get it ready for your recipes!
