  1. Add in a base, or mixing bowl all the ingredients starting with the egg, vinegar, mustard, lemon, salt and pepper.
  2. Add oil on top and let it sit for 30 seconds.
  3. Using an immersion blender, blend everything together moving it up and down for about two minutes or until thickens to your desired consistency.
  4. Store in a glass container in the fridge and use within a week, or up to two days.
